After the NDA, deliver the print PDF of that page through the secure route we provide, and confirm who drew the figures: in-house, the author or a contractor.

제작비·유지비 견적과 일정을 제안합니다. 원하시면 한 장(章) 규모의 짧은 유료 시범을 먼저 할 수 있습니다. 시범에서는 무엇을 셀지(정품 판매량·맛보기에서 구매로 이어진 비율·산 이유)를 먼저 정하고, 판매 숫자는 귀사와 함께 셉니다.
We propose a quote for production and maintenance with a schedule. If you prefer, a short paid pilot of one chapter can come first. For the pilot we agree up front on what to measure (sales of the original, how many sample readers go on to buy, and why they bought), and we count the sales figures together with you.

Time and cost depend on the number and kind of figures and the delivery route, so they are set at the quote stage. We have not written promises we have not measured, such as “within N days” or “zero work on your side”.
인터랙티브판의 이용 범위와 출판 권한은 귀사와 저자의 권리를 확인한 뒤 계약에 명시합니다. 원본 권리는 귀사와 저자에게 그대로 있습니다.
Permitted uses and publishing rights for the interactive edition are set out in the agreement after confirming the publisher's and author's rights. Ownership of the source stays with you and the author.
기존 전자책과 경쟁하지 않습니다. 같은 PDF 위에 도식 재생과 본문 연동만 얹은 상위 판이라, 기존 상품은 그대로 두고 라인을 하나 더 두는 구조입니다.

Account and device checks, encrypted book packages and account watermarks reduce the risk of file extraction and mass sharing. On the tested iPad, we verified that the book page is hidden from screenshots and screen recordings. This does not prevent someone from photographing the screen with another device.

A production fee per title and a maintenance fee for the period of operation, with no sales commission. We quote once the number of figures is agreed, and the mix of production and maintenance is discussed to suit you.
도식 작성자(사내 디자이너·저자·외주)를 먼저 확인하고 경우별로 동의를 받습니다. 원본 권리는 귀사와 저자에게 그대로 있습니다.
We first establish who drew them, in-house, the author or a contractor, and obtain consent case by case. The original rights remain with you and the author.
아닙니다. 지금 시제품은 저희 견본 책으로만 시험합니다. 귀사 책에 켜는 때부터는 보낸 내용을 학습에 쓰지 않는 상업용 API 조건으로만 연결하고, 이 조건을 계약서에 적습니다. 책마다 켤지 끌지는 귀사가 정하고, 질문권 수익은 귀사와 나눕니다.
No. The prototype is tested only on our own sample books. Once it is switched on for your title, it runs only on commercial API terms that exclude training, and the contract states this. You decide per title, and credit revenue is shared with you.
유지 계약에는 운영체제 업데이트 대응 범위를 정하고, 계약 종료 시 필요한 데이터의 종류와 인계 방법을 귀사와 협의해 명시할 수 있습니다.
The maintenance agreement can define the scope of operating-system updates and, with the publisher, specify what data should be handed over and how when the agreement ends.
